Shae practices Cayman Islands law, specialising in the establishment and maintenance of hedge funds and other alternative investment funds. He also advises on the regulatory aspects of Cayman Islands investment vehicles.
Shae joined Maples and Calder in 2014. He previously worked as an associate in the Funds, Super and Wealth group at Allens (an international law firm operating in alliance with Linklaters) in Melbourne, Australia.
