Seeima is a member of the Investment Funds group and advises on investment funds, general corporate, financing and commercial matters.
Seeima joined Maples and Calder in 2011 as an articled clerk. Upon her admission as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands, she joined the Investment Funds group. Seeima previously worked for the Public Service Pensions Board and Butterfield Bank in the Cayman Islands.
