Paul specialises in complex international commercial litigation and insolvency matters. He advises hedge funds, private equity funds, investment managers, financial institutions, directors, investors and bankruptcy professionals. He has considerable experience representing these clients in litigation resulting from major disputes, crisis events, insolvencies and contentious security enforcements.
Paul joined Maples and Calder in 2016. Paul is a member of the Cayman Islands Law Society and the Cayman Islands Restructuring and Insolvency Specialists Association.
