Nollaig is head of the Finance Group and co-head of the Restructuring Group in Maples and Calder's Dublin office. He is also a member of the Dublin office Management Committee. Nollaig specialises in banking and capital markets, in particular restructuring and distressed sales, structured and leveraged finance, and hybrid capital markets.
Nollaig joined Maples and Calder in 2008. Previously, he was a senior partner with a large Irish corporate law firm. Nollaig spent a number of years in London at Clifford Chance and Merrill Lynch.
Nollaig has been listed in IFLR's guides to the World's Leading Capital Markets Lawyers and World's Leading Banking, Finance and Transactional Lawyers. He has also been highly recommended in Chambers Europe, Chambers Global, Legal 500 and Who's Who Legal.
Nollaig is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin.
