Mushfique has experience in finance transactions across a wide range of asset classes including Islamic finance, project finance and general banking. Mushfique also regularly advises on corporate and real estate matters including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. He advises on both Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands law.
Mushfique joined the London office of Maples and Calder in 2017. Prior to that, he worked in the Dubai office of DLA Piper and trained in the London office of Berwin Leighton Paisner.
