Kieran practises both Cayman Islands and BVI law, and advises on a variety of investment funds, structured finance and general corporate matters. He is co-head of the Latin America practice group, and regularly advises clients both originating from Latin America and investing into the Latin American region. Kieran provides all client services on a bilingual Spanish/English basis.
Kieran joined Maples and Calder in 2002 and was elected as a partner in 2006. He previously worked for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Madrid and, prior to that, for Clifford Chance and Maclay Murray & Spens.
Kieran has been featured in Chambers Global, Latin Lawyer 250, Who's Who Legal, IFLR1000 and Legal 500 for his work on Latin American transactions.
