John advises on a range of banking and finance transactions. John's expertise includes advising domestic and international financial institutions, corporate and individual borrowers on general banking matters, as well as a range of real estate and leveraged financings, refinancings and restructurings.
John joined Maples and Calder in 2015, having previously worked in the banking department of a large Irish corporate law firm. John spent a number of years in New York while working at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy LLP.
