Jeremy is a partner in the Investment Funds group of Maples and Calder. He specialises in the establishment, launch, ongoing maintenance and restructuring of all types of Cayman Islands investment funds, particularly hedge funds and private equity funds, and acts for a diverse portfolio of clients in the asset management industry, ranging from start-ups to major financial institutions. He also regularly advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions.
Jeremy joined Maples and Calder in 2007 and was elected as a partner in 2014. He previously worked for Lovells (now Hogan Lovells) in London for six years. Jeremy has been recommended by Legal 500 and Chambers Global.
