Colin has extensive experience in a range of international corporate rescues, and insolvencies, rehabilitations and restructurings, and commercial disputes including, concerning trusts disputes, and shareholder/investment disputes. His expertise also includes, fraud, asset tracing and recovery, professional negligence, shipping, and intellectual property. Colin regularly appears as advocate in the Grand Court, the Court of Appeal of the Cayman Islands, and on final appeal to the Privy Council.
Colin joined Maples and Calder in 1998 and was elected as a partner in 2007. He previously worked for Linklaters in London. Colin was appointed as Queen's Counsel (QC) in 2013, and has been recommended in Legal 500, Chambers Global and Who's Who Legal.
