Christopher works in the London office of Maples and Calder, with a broad practice area including Corporate, Finance and Investment Funds. He advises on both Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands law and has experience of a wide range of corporate matters, with particular expertise in M&A transactions, stock exchange listings, corporate restructurings and joint ventures. He also regularly advises on structured finance (with a particular focus on aviation finance), fund finance and investment funds matters.
Christopher joined Maples and Calder in 2014. He previously worked as Legal Counsel for Investec Bank plc and, prior to that, worked as an Associate in the Corporate team at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in London. Christopher has been recommended in the Legal 500's 2017/18 Offshore law firms in London rankings for his 'particular expertise in M&A transactions'.
