Christina is a partner in the Investment Funds group, specialising in the structuring of private equity funds and advising on the related downstream transactions. She also works extensively with major institutions and hedge fund managers and their onshore counsel, advising on the structuring and ongoing operation of all aspects of investment funds. Additionally, Christina has a particular expertise in hedge fund sideletter arrangements and fund restructurings.
Christina joined the Investment Funds group of Maples and Calder in 2004 and was elected as a partner in 2012. Christina has been recognised as a leading lawyer by Legal 500.

Christina is a co-founder of the Cayman Islands branch of 100 Women in Hedge Funds and serves both on their main local committee and their philanthropic sub-committee. She also sits on the 100 Women in Hedge Funds Advisory Council.
Christina is also a regional co-director of the Cayman Islands chapter of the Hedge Fund Association (HFA).
