Caroline is one of Ireland’s foremost Commercial Litigation lawyers. She has extensive experience advising on Ireland’s largest and most complex disputes, as well as on Tribunals of Inquiry and regulatory investigations. Caroline specialises in boardroom and shareholder disputes; director's responsibilities and corporate governance litigation; funds litigation and asset recovery and protection. In addition to her expertise in large-scale Irish cases, Caroline has managed international litigation on behalf of Irish clients, especially in the field of asset recovery. She is also an experienced accredited mediator with CEDR.
Caroline became Of Counsel with Maples and Calder in 2009. She was previously a senior partner and Head of Litigation at a large Irish corporate law firm. Caroline is, independent of her role at Maples and Calder, a provider of strategic mediation advice and mediation services. Caroline has been recommended in a number of legal directories including Chambers, PLC Which Lawyer?, Who’s Who Legal and European Legal Experts.
