Anna specialises in the establishment and ongoing operations of Cayman Islands mutual and private equity funds, and has extensive experience in all aspects of fund structuring, regulation and investment and side letter considerations. She works closely with fund sponsors, institutional investors and fund managers, with a particular emphasis on start-up and emerging fund managers. She also has significant experience of general corporate law.
Anna joined Maples and Calder in 2008. She previously worked for another international law firm in the Cayman Islands.
