Alex practises Cayman Islands law, specialising in the establishment and maintenance of private equity funds and other alternative investment funds. He also advises on the regulatory aspects of Cayman Islands investment vehicles.
Alex joined Maples and Calder in 2017 in the firm's London office, before relocating to the Cayman Islands office in 2018. He previously worked as an Associate in the Investment Management Group of Debevoise and Plimpton LLP in London.
