Aaron advises on a wide variety of legal and regulatory issues facing Irish domiciled collective investment schemes (CIS) and has particular expertise in the establishment, operation and regulation of all types of Irish CIS, including UCITS and alternative investment funds (AIFs). Aaron also advises a wide variety of fund service providers, including alternative investment fund managers (AIFMs), delegates of AIFMs, administrators, custodians/depositaries and prime brokers.
Aaron joined Maples and Calder in 2014, having spent the previous four years working in the Dublin office of an international law firm. Prior to this, he worked in a leading Irish law firm, where he also trained.
