Sheila advises on the establishment, maintenance and restructuring of offshore investment funds including hedge funds and private equity funds. She has a broad range of corporate, financing and commercial experience.
Sheila joined Maples and Calder in 2011. Prior to joining Maples and Calder, Sheila practised in the securities group of a top tier Canadian law firm in Calgary advising private and publically traded companies on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters in the oil, gas and energy sector. She then operated her own practice in British Columbia, Canada.
