Sarah advises on a variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. Sarah also has a broad range of corporate and finance transactional experience including private acquisitions and disposals, private equity, loan arrangements, financial restructuring, shareholder relations and corporate governance.
Sarah joined Maples and Calder in 2017, having previously trained and practised as a corporate lawyer in the London and Dubai offices of CMS Cameron McKenna LLP.
