Robin specialises in insolvency and corporate recovery/restructuring and has acted in a wide range of compulsory and voluntary liquidations, examinerships, receiverships, schemes of arrangement and bankruptcies. He acts for insolvency and restructuring practitioners and advises distressed companies, company directors, shareholders and creditors of distressed companies.
Robin has extensive experience in acting for NAMA and domestic and international financial institutions in a number of enforcement matters. He also has particular expertise in the area of restriction and disqualification of company directors.
Robin joined Maples and Calder in 2010. He was previously with a large Irish corporate law firm.
