Patrick specialises in the formation and restructuring of all types of investment funds and advises clients in the asset management industry. He also has extensive experience of international debt capital markets, structured finance and securitisation transactions.
Patrick joined Maples and Calder in 2010 and was elected as a partner in 2015. He previously worked for another international law firm in the Cayman Islands and Sidley Austin LLP in London, where he completed a secondment to Citigroup's fixed income desk.
