Michelle specialises in the formation and restructuring of all types of investment funds including registered mutual funds, hedge funds and private equity funds. Michelle also has experience in joint ventures and general corporate/commercial matters.
Michelle joined Maples and Calder as an associate in 2011. Prior to joining Maples and Calder, she worked in various funds groups of other Cayman Islands law firms. Michelle also went on to pass the State Bar of California in 2009. Michelle has been ranked as a 'next generation lawyer' by Legal 500.
