Michael's expertise covers all aspects of corporate and finance law including a broad range of banking and structured finance products, capital markets transactions, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
Michael joined Maples and Calder in 2010 and was elected as a partner in 2014. He began his career with Travers Smith in London before practising as an attorney at another Cayman Islands based law firm. Prior to joining Maples and Calder, he practised offshore law in Jersey, Channel Islands for five years, latterly as a partner at an international law firm. Michael has been recommended in Legal 500.
