Killian has a broad range of experience advising on commercial disputes, with a particular focus on the construction industry and construction related insurance matters. As well as acting for clients in litigation, he has experience in many forms of alternative dispute resolution, including adjudication, mediation and domestic and international arbitration. Specialising in the construction sector, Killian acts primarily for employers, contractors, subcontractors and consultants, as well as their insurers.
Killian joined Maples and Calder in 2014. He previously worked for the Irish office of a boutique UK construction and insurance law firm and prior to that, trained and practised in London with a large international commercial law firm.
