Prior to joining Maples and Calder James gained significant experience working on a number of major project finance transactions, primarily within the oil and gas sector. James also has experience in acquisition finance and a wide variety of general banking and finance matters.
James joined Maples and Calder in 2011. He previously worked for Slaughter and May in London.
