Grace's key area of expertise is Irish regulated funds, including UCITS and alternative investment funds authorised under the Irish AIFMD regime. Grace focuses on the set-up and authorisation of Irish regulated funds and provides advice on ongoing legal and regulatory matters faced by asset managers and fund operators in Ireland.
Grace joined Maples and Calder in 2011 having previously worked in banking supervision in the Central Bank of Ireland.
