Enda specialises in advising upon large commercial disputes, both in litigation and in alternative dispute resolution. He has particular expertise in promoting and defending negligence claims against financial and technical professionals, and in construction-related disputes. Enda regularly advises top-tier contractors on disputes arising out of the procurement and execution of public works projects, including PPP projects.
Enda joined Maples and Calder in 2009 from a large Irish corporate law firm.
