Dan is a member of the Corporate team in the Cayman Islands. His experience includes advising public and private companies, financial institutions and management teams in relation to mergers and acquisitions (including public takeovers and private equity transactions), IPOs, joint ventures, restructurings and investment funds.
Dan joined Maples and Calder in 2012 and was elected as a partner in 2018. He previously worked in the Corporate Finance and Private Equity teams at Travers Smith LLP in London, and spent time on secondment at London-based corporate finance boutique Kinmont.
