Christie specialises in the structuring, formation, restructuring and maintenance of offshore hedge and private equity funds. She advises on commingled funds, managed accounts and investment fund platforms and acts for a wide variety of clients, including large financial institutions and investment managers and smaller, start-up investment managers.
Christie joined Maples and Calder in 2001 and moved into the Investment Funds group as an associate in 2006. She was elected as a partner in 2013. Christie has been acknowledged as a leading lawyer by Who's Who Legal.
