Charlene has experience in the legal and regulatory issues surrounding the establishment, operation and regulation of all types of funds including UCITS and alternative investment funds authorised under the Irish AIFMD regime. Charlene also has experience in obtaining AIFM/management company authorisations as well as advising sponsors and fund service providers including administrators, depositaries, AIFMs and investment managers.
Charlene joined Maples and Calder in 2015. She previously worked for a large Irish corporate law firm.
