Since being called to the Ontario bar in 2009, Amanda has gained significant experience advising clients in a wide variety of capital market transactions and securities regulatory matters, including public debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and corporate governance and compliance matters.
Amanda joined Maples and Calder in 2014. She previously worked with Blake, Cassels and Graydon LLP in Toronto (Blakes). Amanda also completed her articles with Blakes, during which time she participated in a three month secondment to the legal department of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC).
