Stacey has a wide range of experience in structured finance and debt capital markets transactions including high-yield bond issues, securitisations and repackagings. She regularly acts for lenders and borrowers on secured lending and other financing transactions and advises on general corporate matters.
Stacey first joined Maples and Calder in 2000 and re-joined in 2006. She was made partner in 2006. In 2009, Stacey moved from the London office to Hong Kong to serve as one of two lead finance partners for the Asia region. She was previously partner in charge of the Cayman Islands team at an international law firm in London and before that, she worked for Dechert and for Blake, Cassels & Graydon. Stacey has been praised in Legal 500 for her technical expertise and ability to find solutions for clients.
