Natasha has a broad range of experience in corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, group re-organisations, private equity, offshore unit trusts and funds products. She also advises on general company law, regulatory and commercial.
Natasha joined Maples and Calder in 2007. She previously worked for SJ Berwin LLP in London.
