Lorraine is a partner in the corporate and finance team in Hong Kong. Lorraine's practice covers corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and financing, with particular focus on private equity investments, structured finance products, pre-IPO financings, and IPOs of BVI and Cayman Islands companies on global stock exchanges including Hong Kong, Taiwan and the United States. She also regularly advises clients in China on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions. Lorraine was shortlisted as a “Rising Star in Finance” in the Euromoney Asia Women in Business Law Awards 2016.
Lorraine joined Maples and Calder in 2007 and was elected as a partner in 2016. She previously worked for Richards Butler, Hong Kong.
