Lee advises hedge and private equity funds on their establishment and ongoing legal and regulatory compliance in the Cayman Islands. He also advises on general corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to joining Maples and Calder in 2013, Lee trained and qualified at SJ Berwin LLP (now King & Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin) in London and then spent five years as an Associate in the Corporate team advising on a broad range of corporate and private equity transactions, including domestic and international M&A, leveraged buy-outs and venture capital financings. Lee has been ranked as a 'next generation lawyer' by Legal 500.
