Kerry Ann's practice areas include a range of corporate and commercial transactions such as restructurings and reorganisations, investment funds, with experience in note issues and other structured finance and capital market transactions. She also advises on general regulatory aspects of Cayman Islands law.
Kerry Ann joined Maples and Calder in 2007 as an Articled Clerk. On qualifying in March 2009, she joined the firm as an associate.
