Joanna is a lawyer in the British Virgin Islands practice group based in London. Joanna deals with a wide variety of corporate and commercial law including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate, banking and finance transactions.
Joanna joined Maples and Calder in 2006. She trained with SJ Berwin LLP and subsequently worked at IPC Media Limited in London. Joanna has been recommended by Legal 500, where she is listed as a Next Generation lawyer and described as, "a shining star".
