Eoin practices Irish law from the Hong Kong office, enabling him to provide Irish law advice to clients throughout the APAC region during their working day. He advises on all aspects of aircraft finance and leasing and has particular experience advising operating lessors and financial institutions on aircraft acquisitions and sales, debt financing aircraft, ECA financing, the establishment of aircraft funding platforms and ABS structures.
Eoin joined the Maples Hong Kong office on secondment in 2018, having been a member of the Asset Finance team in the Maples Dublin office since 2016.
Eoin joined Maples in 2016. Prior to that, he worked for a number of years at another offshore law firm in Guernsey where he focused on banking and asset finance including aircraft, fund and property finance. Eoin trained in commercial law firm in Dublin, qualifying in 2014.
