Brandon specialises in investment funds, finance and general corporate transactions. He advises clients on a broad range of Cayman and BVI law matters, including asset finance, equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions, as well as the establishment and ongoing activities of offshore private equity and hedge funds.
Brandon joined Maples and Calder in 2015. Prior to joining Maples and Calder, Brandon worked at another offshore firm for over eight years in its Channel Islands and Singapore offices. He has also spent time on secondment at CMS Cameron McKenna in London and Rajah & Tann in Singapore.
