As a member of the Investment Funds group Krista advises on the establishment, launch and maintenance of investment funds, including registered mutual funds, hedge funds and private equity funds. She also advises on general corporate matters.
Krista is a Maples and Calder scholarship recipient who began her legal training with the firm in 2010 as an articled clerk. Before joining the Investment Funds group, Krista was a member of the Commercial Litigation and Insolvency group for three years following her admission as an attorney-at-law in 2012.
