Hazel advises on the establishment, operation and regulation of all types of Irish domiciled collective investment schemes, including UCITS and alternative investment funds (AIFs). Hazel also advises a wide variety of fund service providers, including alternative investment fund managers (AIFMs), delegates of AIFMs, administrators, custodians/depositaries and prime brokers.
Hazel joined Maples and Calder as a paralegal in the Investment Funds group in 2009, having previously worked with Bank of Ireland Securities Services. Hazel completed her traineeship with Maples and Calder and upon qualification in 2013, she joined the Investment Funds group.
