Dan advises on a variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. Dan also has a broad range of corporate transactional experience including private acquisitions and disposals, private equity, joint ventures, shareholder relations and corporate governance.
Dan joined Maples and Calder in 2014, having previously trained and practised as a private equity lawyer at Taylor Wessing in London. Dan also spent two years as in-house counsel with the Acromas Group in the UK.
