Chloe focuses on all aspects of Cayman Islands law, specialising in the establishment and maintenance of hedge funds, private equity funds and other alternative investment funds. She also advises on the regulatory aspects of Cayman Islands investment vehicles.
Chloe joined Maples and Calder in March 2016. She previously worked as an Associate in the Financial Services Group at Eversheds LLP and, prior to that, worked for Ogier in Jersey.
