Andreas specialises in the structuring, establishment and maintenance of private equity funds, hedge funds, closed-ended investment funds, private investment funds (HNW/family offices), CLOs, fund-linked products, capital markets issuers and repackaging vehicles. He also has strong experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial law and regularly acts on complex corporate acquisitions and related due diligence.
Andreas joined Maples and Calder in 2004 and worked in the firm's London office until 2006. He was elected as a Partner in 2008. Andreas previously worked for another international law firm in Jersey and before that for Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Australia. Andreas has been recommended in Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.
