Jill specialises in investment funds, providing advice on the structuring and formation of regulated and unregulated funds and to the service providers of such funds including promoters, custodians, administrators and investment managers. Jill also has experience advising on general corporate legal matters.
Jill joined Maples and Calder in 2014. She previously trained and practised with William Fry in Dublin. Jill has been recognised as a leading lawyer by IFLR1000.
