Matthew Crawford and Rebecca Collins discuss a Privy Council decision that was delivered on 4 November 2009 involving GFN SA and Ors v The Liquidators of Bancredit Cayman Limited (in Official Liquidation). The decision reconsidered the question as to whether or not security for costs can be granted in relation to interlocutory applications.
