Tony advises global and institutional trustees and substantial private clients on a variety of commercial and private trusts, charity and estate planning issues as well as on associated regulatory matters. He is a regular speaker at industry conferences.

He is a contributor to the Cayman Islands section of the World Trust Survey for Trusts & Trustees and to the Cayman Islands section of Planning and Administration of Offshore and Onshore Trusts and is the author (with James Kessler QC) of Drafting Cayman Islands Trusts. He is a member of the STEP International Committee and of the City of London branch committee of STEP.
1993 - Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales (does not practise as an English solicitor).
2001 - Admitted as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands
2005 - Admitted as a solicitor of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (British Virgin Islands).
