Tatziana is a partner in the Investment Funds group of Maples and Calder in London. She specialises in establishing, maintaining and restructuring hedge, hybrid and private equity funds in the Cayman Islands. She has provided advice to a range of investment funds, investment managers, intermediaries and financial institutions.
Tatziana joined Maples and Calder in London in 2009. She previously worked for Schulte Roth & Zabel in New York and London. Before that, she worked for Shearman & Sterling in New York.
