Expertise

Simon is co-head of the Maples and Calder Latin American practice group and advises clients both originating from Latin America and investing into the Latin American region. Simon has extensive experience in all aspects of offshore finance, CLO/CDOs, structured finance, investment funds, capital markets and corporate structures including joint ventures and acquisitions. He has particular expertise structuring project finance, securitisation, investment funds and structured transactions into and out of Latin America.
