Shaun is Joint Managing Partner of Maples and Calder's Hong Kong office. He has extensive experience in all types of capital markets and structured finance transactions, including securitisations, repackagings and derivatives. Shaun also advises on general corporate and finance matters.
Shaun joined Maples and Calder in the Cayman Islands in 1995 and was elected as a partner in 1999. In 2002, Shaun moved to the firm's London office and then to the Hong Kong office in 2014. He previously worked for Slaughter and May in London and Tokyo. Shaun has been recommended in Chambers UK, Chambers Global, Legal 500 and Who's Who Legal.
