Mo has a wide range of experience in respect of corporate disputes, insolvency proceedings, international commercial litigation, mediation and arbitration. She also regularly acts for international publicly listed and private companies advising on all aspects of general corporate and commercial law including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, banking and financing transactions.
Mo joined Maples and Calder's Hong Kong office in 2014. Prior to that, she worked in the corporate and litigation departments of A&L Goodbody in Dublin, where she trained as a solicitor.
