Kieran is the global head of our BVI law practice and co-head of our Latin American practice group.
Kieran practises both BVI and Cayman Islands law and advises on a variety of structured finance, investment funds and general corporate matters. Kieran provides all client services on a bilingual Spanish/English basis. Kieran regularly advises clients both originating from Latin America and investing into the Latin American region and is recommended by Chambers Global and listed in the Latin Lawyer Directory for his work on Latin American transactions.
Professional Background
Kieran joined Maples and Calder in 2002 and was made partner in 2006. He previously worked for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Madrid and prior to that, for Clifford Chance and Maclay Murray & Spens.
